Chinese Donut


INGREDIENTS



  • Self Rising Flour ... 2 cups
  • Soda Water .......... 1 cup
  • Baking Powder ....... 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ................ 1 teaspoon


STEPS

  1. Mix all together with wooden spoon
  2. Cover the mixture in the bowl  overnight.
  3. In the morning, knead for 2 minutes.
  4. Divide into 2 balls and use rolling pin to roll it into 10 x 30 cm.
  5. Cut into 2 cm strips.
  6. Wet chopstick and press the strips, pull into long strip.
  7. Deep fried them.
