INGREDIENTS
- Self Rising Flour ... 2 cups
- Soda Water .......... 1 cup
- Baking Powder ....... 1 tablespoon
- Salt ................ 1 teaspoon
STEPS
- Mix all together with wooden spoon
- Cover the mixture in the bowl overnight.
- In the morning, knead for 2 minutes.
- Divide into 2 balls and use rolling pin to roll it into 10 x 30 cm.
- Cut into 2 cm strips.
- Wet chopstick and press the strips, pull into long strip.
- Deep fried them.
